The site of Lee and Jackson's
bivouac, on the evening of May 1, 1863. Within 24 hours, from this
last meeting, Jackson would be seriously wounded, by friendly fire, after
pummeling US Major General Hooker's right flank. This right flank, was
found to be "in the air" by the able Confederate Cavalry commanded by Lee's
son.
